Confirmation from Loading Adviser: Before loading any goods onto the vehicle through ATS Transport Service, it is mandatory for the Driver / Vehicle Owner / Truck Provider to obtain and verify the following complete details from the Loading Adviser:

• Loading Point Name & Address
• Unloading Point Name & Address
• Type of Material/Cargo
• Total Freight Amount
• Advance Amount

If loading is initiated without verifying these details, any resulting inconvenience or freight dispute shall be the sole responsibility of the Driver / Vehicle Owner / Truck Provider.

Full Responsibility of Driver & Owner: During transit or after loading, the Driver and Vehicle Owner shall be fully and directly responsible for any instance of:

• Theft
• Shortage (Loss of quantity)
• Damage (Breakage or spoilage)
• Leakage
• Soakage / Moisture Damage

ATS Transport Service or the platform shall not be liable or accountable for any such losses, and all compensation for such damages shall be borne by the Driver / Vehicle Owner.

• Accurate Details: All vehicle details entered by the user (e.g., Registration Number, RC Details, Vehicle Type, Owner Name, etc.) must be 100% accurate and up to date.
• Misrepresentation:If any vehicle detail is found to be false, fraudulent, or misleading, the entry will be canceled immediately, and the user's account may be suspended.

The vehicle registered on the platform must possess valid legal documentation at all times:

• Valid RC (Registration Certificate)
• Valid Vehicle Insurance Policy
• Valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
• Valid Permit & Fitness Certificate (as applicable)

Any legal non-compliance or invalid documentation shall be the sole responsibility of the Vehicle Owner/User.

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (OTPs, passwords, etc.).
• The platform must not be used for any illegal activities, transportation of unauthorized materials, or violation of traffic laws.

• Platform fees, vehicle entry charges, or service charges are non-refundable unless a duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error.
• All applicable taxes and government duties shall be payable by the user.

• Role of Software Platform: This software acts solely as a digital medium/intermediary for vehicle entry, tracking, and management.
• The platform shall not be liable for any physical damage, accidents, or transit delays involving the vehicle or goods.

• Vehicle information and personal data will be secured in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Information may be shared with law enforcement or government authorities if required by law.

ATS Transport Service reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
