Terms & Conditions

ATS Transport Service Platform — Requirement Post

Before posting a transport requirement on the ATS Transport platform, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.

1. General Disclaimers

  • Accurate Declaration: The load poster must provide the exact weight, dimensions, commodity type, and precise addresses. Any fines levied due to incorrect declarations will be borne by the load poster.
  • Statutory Compliance: Providing valid E-Way bills and invoices is mandatory before loading. ATS strictly prohibits the transport of banned or illegal substances.

2. Commission Agent

  • Verification:Since ATS acts as a matching platform/broker, the load poster must physically verify the truck's RC, Insurance, and the driver's License before dispatch.
  • Liability: ATS holds no financial liability for transit theft, damage, or shortage. All claims must be settled directly with the vehicle owner/insurance company.

3. Packers & Movers

  • Valuables: Cash, jewelry, laptops, and confidential documents must be moved personally by the customer. ATS is not responsible for these items.
  • Extra Items: Any cargo exceeding the pre-approved inventory list will attract extra charges.

4. Booking, Payment & Quotation Terms

  • Vehicle Availability: Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.
  • Loading Delay Charges: Loading delay charges are applicable after 6 hours.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
  • Quotation Validity: Quotation is subject to change if the route or requirements change.

5. Transit Insurance

  • Customer Responsibility: Transit insurance of all goods/consignment shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer/Party.
  • ATS Liability:ATS Transport Service will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft during transit. Goods are transported strictly at Owner's Risk.
